Well, originally it was only intended that this site would have three pages. That's exactly why there are three links up there on the menu at left. But... things change! The site has kind of inflated, filled with more content than I thought was possible in such a short space. The main reasons for that are the Jedi Academy and also, all you guys - being wonderful models for posing in these photos. And so I've ended up with a lot of links, to all sorts of places on the site.
But not all the links are in a single, easy-to-find place. Most are kind of sprinkled around the place, not gathered or organised at all. To fix that, I've created this page: The Map.
What this page is, is... every single page that exists on this site, along with a description. As it stands, all the links work, but soon the time will come when I will have to remove some because of space restrictions on my free webspace ( tripod.com ). When a page is removed, you'll see a ^REMOVED tag next to it... but I'm going to leave the descriptions there, since that way, future users will be able to see what has come before... and this will also lay the groundwork necessary in future for when the CD goes into production.
I'm pretty sure that's all I have to say here. Permanent links (ie. The News, The Details) are up the top, while various Galleries and Featured Presentations are lower down.
The News [ Link ] It takes me one click to check up on this page from home. This is the first page I created when designing this web site - and it's become more successful than I ever thought possible. So, web sites aren't just for the nerds. Ha! This is to all of you who made fun of me in primary school!! Wait... did I say that out loud?
The Details [ Link ] This is the big brother of The News. I don't put everything on the News page - it'd completely flood the page and make it too difficult to find what you were looking for - and so whatever I can't fit in the front-page blurb, I put here. Well worth your time, and sometimes there is vital stuff on this page.
The First Gallery - "An Era Begins" [ Link ] Only twelve pictures, a very humble beginning... but it had all the ingredients necessary for a legend to be born. It had Harry - and, well, that's pretty much all you need for a legend to be born. And from here, it just got... what's the word for it? Oh, yes. "Worse".
The Second Gallery - "The Fellowship Of The Camera" [ Link ] A definite favourite. With such great events as The Big Party™, you simply can't go past The Fellowship Of The Camera. And that's not to mention the pizzas, the soccer, the Browns... twenty-nine photos of pure quality.
"The Jedi Academy" [ Link ] The force is strong in this one! It started in a free period, wandering around near the new canteen while a PE lesson went on in the background. Marshall had an umbrella with him, which he began to poke Joey with. I took a photo. And the rest... as they say, is history.
The Third Gallery - "The Calm Before The Storm" [ Link ] It is a time of peace in the Empire. But with our induction as Prefects and our antics in fire drills and with fire hydrants, things are definitely going to be hotting up soon.
The Fourth Gallery - "A Tale Of Two Wednesdays" [ Link ] When I found a decades-old camera case lying around at home deep in a cupboard, it opened up new possibilities. One of them was bringing the camera on Wednesdays (sports days). Adventures in the bottle-green-trackpants are chock-a-block here, as well as a brief look at our trip to Canberra for Modern History. The product of a strangely-warm August.
The Fifth Gallery - "Fourteen Kilometres, No Sweat" [ Link ] Amidst Year 12's trials, five of us took to Sydney's streets and marched our way up to the beach. It was a memorable day, and our (well, my) last major adventure before a thousand daffodils popped up on our doorsteps...
